I make visible what is not.
In my painting, the imagination, the metamorphosis of forms and the love of color celebrate a baroque party, a very personal hymn to life.
A work of fiction, I summon the magic of my childhood, like a force of liberation that I associate with nostalgia for my origins and Celtic tales, whose images mingle with visions of distant cultures.

I went to meet these cultures in Mexico, Kenya, China, Japan, New Caledonia, Vanuatu.
This is how the great myths run through my figurative work.
As for humor, it is never far away. It reflects a revolt against our destiny.
But who is fooled? The attraction of the marvelous and the poetry of my universe mask the other side of my own reality and - like a distancing - I sing the lullaby that heals the wounds of the world.
In Alice's country, what do we see behind the mirror?

“Singular Artists”: in France, in 2000,  I brought this movement into the Salon d'Automne, this great historical salon in Paris. In 2004,  I organized their first exhibition in Brittany: “Amazing creators”. Then, I took this group to Turkey, to the Istanbul International Contemporary Art Fair.
